April holds a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance, as well as an AB degree in \\"Aesthetics in Society.\\" April has been active in all phases of theatre for over 45 years (since she was 2 :) ). She is an accomplished actress and director, serves on theatre boards, adjudicates, and yes even stage manages now and then. As Director of Professional Theatre Services at SETC, April manages all aspects of the SETC Professional Spring, Fall, SOTA, & Screening Auditions for actors; Theatre Job Fair-the hiring process for all Off-Stage Jobs, and is the liaison and director for all events and activities involving professional theatre companies, summer stocks, dinner theatres, cruise lines and theme parks who participate with SETC. April oversees the Theatre Job Board as as well as the resume matching service for theatres companies seeking personnel for hiring needs. April regularly communicates with SETC Board & Committees on policy issues, and development of the future for Auditions and Job Fair. She is responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of the online registration system, database, The Community Theatre Festival, the Theatre for Youth Festival, Ready to Publish, Ready to Design, Ready to Direct, and much, much more!
