As organizations that have formed in order to create a space for female voices to create and be heard, how do we honor that while adapting to a changing understanding of what gender is? How do we serve our members and what language do we use to define our membership without marginalizing cis female individuals or our trans, non-binary, and gender-fluid individuals?
