SETC’s Women+ in Theatre Committee and the Parent Artist Advocacy League are collaborating once again to bring attendees with children a quiet, tucked-away room designated for relaxation and re-connection during the convention. In addition, a Parent & Caregiver Resource Packet has been created to help you prepare for your visit to Louisville, Ky.  Wed./Thur./Fri. | 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM    Sat. | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

All professional auditionees and registered job candidates are welcome to hang out, relax, get refreshed, get answers and meet others in Gus’ Green Room, named in memory of Troy “Gus” Gillette. Show your Professional Auditions or Theatre Job Fair badge for entry.

Gus served in many capacities during his tenure with SETC. He was a member of the Professional Audition Team for many years, volunteered in the Theatre Job Fair, assisted with volunteer coor-dination, and hosted the “Green Room” in 2016 and 2017 where he always provided a warm smile, a comforting response and a quiet respite from the convention’s chaos for professional auditionees and job seekers. He passed away following the 2017 SETC Convention.
