Dr. Lisa Sain Odom is Assistant Professor of Vocal Studies and Musical Theatre at Clemson University, teaching voice lessons and musical theatre courses, as well as serving as the vocal coach for the musicals there. She has also served on the music faculties of North Greenville University, Western Carolina University, and the Lawson Academy at Converse College. She holds a DMA in Vocal Performance from the University of South Carolina. As an opera and musical theater singer, Dr. Odom has performed throughout the Southeast and in Austria. Some of her favorite roles including Musetta (La Boheme), Angelina/Plaintiff (Trial by Jury), Papagena (The Magic Flute), Julie Jordan (Carousel), Isabelle/Madeline (The Face on the Barroom Floor), Monica (The Medium) and Ann Page (The Merry Wives of Windsor). She also enjoys performing in concert with her soprano trio The Blonde, the Brunette and the Redhead.
