Mark Catlett is currently a Talent Casting Director for Disney Parks Live Entertainment. Responsible for casting thousands of performers a year in various kinds of shows, both Equity and Non-Equity, Mark hosts thousands of Auditions each year. Prior to his current position, Mark was a Casting Producer for the American Idol Experience, a partnership between Disney and the American Idol television show. Mark holds a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Musical Theatre from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education degree from Augustana College
